Growth for many of us this is uncomfortable, challenging, which many of us are just not ready for or we fight not to change.

A few definitions of the word Growth which is a noun:

Process of developing or of increasing in physical size.

The process of developing or maturing physically, mentally, or spiritually.

Growth takes on many forms for us because it means that we are changing/ transforming or moving forward, let’s face it we are all creatures of habit in the entire sense of the word we like, love and crave familiarity.

Spirituality growth for some will also be a bit uncomfortable while embracing more of ones own fate and learning more and also letting go of things they once held to be truth which is an enteral battle within oneself.

Maturity growth i see as moving through stages in ones life as for a boy to man or girl into woman as we take on certain responsibilities which are not simple task that defines us during this life long journey.

Mental growth this is an ongoing process certain things we learn from our parents, teachers, friends and family whether good or bad and others we acquire during our life’s  journey that shapes us into who we are and how the worlds see us.

While the adjustment to growth might be easy for some for others it takes time for the adjustment to happen to find our fit in this new arena. It goes with out saying that the struggle is ever present to rise to the occasion, to conquer our fear and move forward. For moving forward the progression the stepping out of our familiarity, new  surrounding, new smells, new challenges, new people’s and new cultures the new uncomfortable my hope is it makes us better people better human beings. Growth is upon us as we get ready to move forward into a new year (2019) as we remember family and friends we have lost and new family and friends that have entered our lives, good times, the not so good ones, the great moments and life lessons we have gone through. We are moving forward people and move forward we must we will.
