#ok rambling time #it's probably bc of my curation of my dashboard but in recent months i felt like i've seen an influx of...#interesting...#content re: hockey brothers (not that i'm complaining!)#and for a sport that also has lots of brothers fighting together/against each other most of them are disappointingly normal #one of the more memorable exceptions being these two #who grew up on a remote farm in the jura and only left for school and training #matthieu is married now (to the former physio of the bksv squad...)#but i'm pretty sure for a long time they were each others' only friends #schwingen #matthieu burger #etienne burger #armon and curdin are of course another interesting example #not for c/zesty reasons but bc i think armon had to re-learn to love curdin at all (as a brother) after the coming-out #ignore me #ramblings
