The target selector arguments team=!TEAM, name=!NAME and type=!TYPE already let you do this.I think all kinds of target selector arguments should let you pick the inverse of the selection criteria. This would allow for awesome things like this. In the picture, I'm using the following command to display a message when someone's outside the bounds of the wool cube.tell @a[!124,!64,!719,dx=!3,dy=!3,dz=!3] You match the inverse selection Inverse selections couldhurt those who didn't reach some coordinates in time (x, y, z)let you make a level in a game with donut shaped bounds (r, rm)set anyone but spectators to adventure mode (m)give everyone but two people jump boost (c)keep anyone but those between level 20 and 30 out of an enchanting room (l, lm)keep everyone except those with a magic score between 40 and 50 out of a battle arena (scorename, scorename_min)return someone to survival mode after visiting a cuboid protected region (dx, dy, dz)the first point, except you have to look at a wall and look in the right direction (rx, rxm, ry, rym) via /r/minecraftsuggestions

It began digitally, and then began mushrooming into offline contact - a trip to my town, packages and messages and postcards sent to me and my family and friends, etc. She has used emails, contact through every viable method of digital outreach, as well as physical mailings to intimidate and threaten, and make near daily threats of rape and murder.After an FBI investigation and three arrests, my stalker is awaiting sentencing, and may be close to entering a plea deal that allows her to continue her campaign of abuse (for it has been proven that nothing but incarceration will stop her). I have resisted doing an AMA for a long time for fear she would join up and take part. Instead of: /clone x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2 x y z (clone command)You'd enter: /clone @e[score_a=1] @e[score_b=1] @e[score_c=1 (Target selector arguments. @e would be substituted with x, y and z of the entity)Or even better: /clone @e[score_volume=1,c=2] @e[score_dest=1]Every command that takes coordinates or sets of coordinates would use entities in an intelligent way. If there are sizes involved (e.g. /particle), the distance between the entities would be used instead of coordinates.This could be used to make custom maps more quickly. Or it could be used to make awesome world editing tools.
