concept:

Imagine: A rather chubby John who hasn't eaten anything all day so he's super hungry, but the only thing at home are Betty Crocker cakes. He puts it off at first, because he's not gonna touch the Batterwitch's creations, but eventually he just cant do it anymore so he has a slice... that slice turns into a whole cake... and that cake turns into all of the cakes. Poor John had tummy aches.

How about a WG scenario where they keep getting fatter and hornier, but they end up getting too fat to be able to reach down to pleasure themselves, so they start begging for help even as they continue eating and making the problem worse for themselves?

imagine a character getting big enough that their tummy brushes the ground when theyre on all fours, then imagine them continuing to stuff themselves until theyre so big their tummy brushes the ground when theyre standing ((then eventually getting so big they cant stand at all :3c))

Ok but, can I get a pear shaped John, absentmindedly grabbing at his pudge?

John/Dave scenario where one of them ends up SUPER MASSIVE, Like as bit as you are comfortable going (although immobility and beyond would be great ;w;)
