Did you check the email you used to set up your account? You can go to tumblr.com/support and report the problem

Yes I did. I’ve reported the problem twice already. I’ve talked to people who have gotten their accounts terminated recently and some have gone a month and still not heard back from Tumblr, so I’m not sure if it’s even going to work.
