i have, once again, been faced with an ultimatum. i have 30 days to pay my rent, or i will be on the streets.
i have been sick and out of work for several weeks now, leading my financials to plummet and rent piling up. i am now getting the hours i need to be able to pay my rent, but unfortunately it does take time for that money to pile together. and time is something i no longer have.
i know i've asked for money before. but being sick has forced me to once again ask for support. please donate, and if you can't, spread this around.

Thank you everyone sincerely for all the support and reposts, we’ve managed to boost his campaign quite a bit and he’s incredibly thankful as well.
Sadly, he needs to collect money for a new tent. He’s been sleeping outside and this has only worsened the effects of his skin condition, which he needs to take medicine for.
So if you see this, please repost, and if you can, please donate, every bit helps more than you could know. Every $5 is relief, is a chance at a future, so if you can spare, please donate.
Tagging for reach, sorry to bother, send an ask if you don’t wish to be tagged again.

Hello everyone, I truly wish I had better news to tell. Unfortunately, donations have slowed significantly for this campaign, and due to this, Anas sadly hasn’t been able to afford a new tent for the winter.
I deeply urge anyone reading to share, and donations are more important than ever at this point.

Hey there, my name is Sera, you might be familiar with my past work behind the scenes such as the Mass Effect trilogy, Dragon Age, Silent Hills & many more. If you have cherished my work, please pay attention.
I'm an agoraphobic Kanienʼkehá:ka (Mohawk) mixed lesbian who has fought for several years a worsening health condition that is currently killing me. I've spent years exhausting any means to get help, enduring extreme pain. I share as much as I can without undermining my privacy and safety (due to stalking by my abusive family.) More in the link below ❤
If you have been following me for a while, you are familiar with my struggle and saw me talking about it throughout the years. A warm thank you to @transmechanicus & @mightyjoke , the kind souls who made this possible. I would be lost without you.
(Updated fundraiser for currency and geographical reasons as of April 2025. Original was paused at 20.8k & kept up for transparency. New goal takes it into account.)

Dude, I almost cried yesterday because of AI. I can’t grade anymore without getting upset because of how much kids are using generative AI. How can I assess their ability to think critically when they aren't thinking critically? One kid admitted he used ChatGPT on an assignment, and he was like, "So? Is my answer right?" And I was like, first of all, whether or not it's "correct" is not the problem, and ALSO, it was INCORRECT. Like...majorly so!
They can’t fucking think for themselves (or rather, they’re losing the ability). This is not “ooooh technology scary” -- this is a fundamental, they can't fucking answer questions when I ask them to their faces. I fucking HATE when my colleagues roll their eyes and say, "Well, this is how we felt about phones! Just accept it!" First of all, it's different. And TWO! We're FUCKING FIGHTING PHONES every day! We've literally banned all cell phone use during class in my district because letting kids use their phones and not fighting their use in class FUCKED US OVER, and now we have to FIX IT.
Okay, but also, kudos to Tumblr, the weirdo website, and our anti-AI stance here because my weirdo queer kids are the ONLY ONES who are STAUNCHLY against gen AI; they're the only ones reliably not using AI. Dear children of Tumblr, thank you for being little weirdos who give a shit.
tbh if I was Bella Swan and some guy wanted to go to the beach w me up until he found out it was the one on the reservation and then I asked the kids from the tribe why he was weird about it and they said the Cullens don't come here :/ I would just assume I was trying to hit on the town's most notorious racist.

VETTED CAMPAIGN DELETED BY GFM AND NEEDING TO RAISE FUNDS FROM SCRATCH
GFM unjustly terminated Fidaa's @fidaa-family2 campaign and she lost all of the funds she'd raised so far to help evacuate her family. She has to start all over with a new campaign.
Fidaa's campaign has been vetted here and here. Please consider donating to her if you have anything at all to give. Small dollar amounts can add up so never think you won't make a difference! If you have enough to buy a cup of coffee, consider skipping it to give to Fidaa instead. Imagine how frustrating it would be after months of fundraising to lose what you've worked hard for. We need to show Fidaa our support now more than ever!
Fidaa and her beautiful kids Sila and Hamoud are raising money to survive the genocide in Gaza. Whether these funds go to food (prices are s
You can also donate through Paypal directly.
Please reblog & share this post even if you aren't able to donate. Let's help this fundraiser reach as many people as possible. <3
Fidaa has established a new campaign after scammers hacked into her old campaign, and she was forced to close it. She has to start from scratch once again with a new campaign and needs our help more than ever. Please consider donating to Fidaa and her beautiful children Sila and Hamoud.

Vetted by 90-Ghost and by association
After experiencing complications with gofundme, Mohiy and his family are now relying on paypal to receive donations. Please support his family through the link above and share.
Most of the funds Mohiy was able to raise on gofundme have gone towards his family's survival. With the rising costs of goods, they need continued support to be able to meet their most basic needs. Resources are scarce and expensive as it is, but winter has added to the suffering of everyone in Gaza, making the needs for things like warm food, warm clothes, and shelter even greater as cold and rain worsen already dangerous living conditions. Mohiy's mother, who suffers from chronic illness, is especially vulnerable right now due to the freezing temperatures.
Please donate and share to help offer Mohiy and his family some relief. Every contribution helps, no matter how small.
Farah is a fifteen-year-old autistic girl with kidney disease. Due to Israel's hostilities in Gaza, she has not been able to receive the medication that she needs for over a year. Because of this, her situation has deteriorated significantly recently, and she has been in the hospital. Due to hypokalaemia she suffers from muscle weakness, currently in her leg, but it can also affect the heart muscle. Cardiac arrest is a real risk for people with Farah's condition.
Farah's mother Wesal (@shahdgazza) is very scared that she will lose her daughter. She knows that kidney disease is a chronic and permanent condition, and that any deterioration to Farah's health is extremely dangerous and will make her life more difficult. We talk about her fears a lot, because it is continuously on her mind. She is fighting tooth and nail to save her daughter.
The other day, she said, "I fear losing her every second. It's not easy." And then she said something that is so simple, so matter-of-factly, but also so profound -
"She's been in front of my eyes for 15 years."
Maybe it is a result of the language barrier or the fact that we can only talk to each other thanks to online translation services. But when she said this phrase, it made me tear up because of how heartfelt and raw its meaning was.
She's been in front of my eyes for 15 years.
Think about that. This sentence doesn't just state a fact. It's about being a parent. About the responsibility, the love, the care, the worries, the fears that come with being a parent.
It's about the permanence of a child's life in that of their caregiver.
Wesal cannot lose her daughter. Please help me in making this a reality by donating a little, if you are able, and sharing this post. If we can collect enough money, Wesal will be able to purchase the medication that Farah desperately needs.
Please direct your donations here:
Go to paypal.me/forfarah and type in the amount. Since it’s PayPal, it's easy and secure. Don’t have a PayPal account? No worries.
[EDIT/ Was able to create a chuffed fundraiser too:]
Note: if you would prefer to pay via paypal, you can do so here.
For verification, please see here. They are vetted by association, as is explained in the link. We are working on getting them vetted by gazavetters.
[EDIT/ Fantastic news, this campaign is now verified by gazavetters! You will find it as #451 on their spreadsheet. Thank you so much!!!]
Thank you so much for donating (if you are able), and for sharing this post.

Tell me, what should I do for you to truly feel what we’re going through?
I’ve pleaded time and again — my mother is in desperate need of completing her treatment abroad.
Many of you see my posts, yet do nothing.
Please, please, look at my donation campaign and help me. I have newborn children and my son Ahmed needs treatment. He is a heart patient and suffers from two holes in the heart. He needs help and treatment. We do not have money and we are stuck in Egypt because of the Gaza war. My wife and I lost my jobs and there is no source of income. I would like you to help. To care for my children and provide the necessary treatment for my child Ahmed, please donate even a little thing to save my child’s life
It's not just to have a "do over" that doesn't involve the original cast, it's to cut them out of the royalties. Literally the entire point is to make sure all the money made by Harry Potter goes to transphobes or people willing to work with transphobes.
If you watch it, you are supporting bigotry, hate, and oppression. That's just objective reality. All for a story that you probably have already seen in movie and book form.
#the last point is especially true since the old cast receives royalties for anything with their likeness on it#meaning the original trio still gets money for every mug with their 14 year old faces on it#if they stop making those and replace them with the new cast which they will the old cast gets cut off completely#which is again exactly what rowling wants because she cannot stand those 'ungrateful brats' as she would likely put it#and as she has last say in anything that gets made in harry potter paraphernalia this might also explain the decrease in faces on products

We need your help. The situation is very difficult. You are our last hope. Food, clothes, milk, rent, everything has become very expensive. My son Ahmed needs heart surgery and eye surgery. Save my son so he can complete his treatment and undergo the operation. In addition to my family in Gaza, my father, mother, brothers and sisters are living in very difficult conditions as a result of the war and continuous bombing. We hope you will help by donating and sharing the post 🙏🙏
In Gaza, hundreds of thousands of parents are left speechless as they endure the countless atrocities inflicted upon their children. For many families, they lose their child before they even have the chance to truly know them—their dreams, their aspirations.
The Alamoudi family longed for a child for years. After enduring four grueling rounds of IVF, they were finally blessed with twins. But their joy was short-lived. As the war raged on, their baby, Ahmed, was born with urgent medical needs—holes in his heart requiring immediate surgery. On top of this, he suffers from nerve damage in his eye. Yet his parents are powerless, unable to seek the medical care he desperately needs, forced to watch helplessly as their child’s condition deteriorates by the day.
Imagine being a parent, filled with love and hope, only to realize that your child is being denied the medical attention they deserve because of an inhumane crisis. Ahmed’s father, Sharif, is unable to work overseas due to a herniated disc that causes severe spinal and nerve pain. As of this writing, their campaign has gone without donations for a long time.
We implore you—please, consider donating. Even the cost of a daily coffee could bring this family a moment of peace in their desperate fight to save their child.
You can donate to the Alamoudi family’s GoFundMe campaign [HERE].
