hi!! i think my best tips would be to check for any bulky/rfid tags as they can make you beep (i personally have never had issues with beeping or alarms), I literally just take a good look at whatever it is, especially at the sticker, you can see if it has the silver squiggly lines under it, just peel em off with your nail!! i just think it's important to double check!! just be aware of your surroundings, don't make yourself do anything if you're too scared, take it slow! you've got this, confidence comes with time :) the rules i have for myself are just to check my surroundings, be cautious & not get cocky lol, make a general note in my head of cameras and to check what i have for said bulky tags so i don't beep! sometimes i just drop stuff in my bag and then go properly check it and adjust where it sits in my purse in a bathroom if the store has one :)

quick question.. how do you l1ft energy drinks? ive l1fted twice but only VERY small stuff into my bag's side pockets.
hi!! sorry i'm late, i log in and out of here ๐ basically for me, i have a pretty big purse and it's plenty big enough for drinks. i grab the drink and walk around, i just make sure im good and there's no one near me + i look for an area/row without cameras, (I get most of mine from w@lmart lol) i literally just slide it into my bag. if you have a coat or a shirt with stretchier sleeves it's easier to conceal, like sometimes I slip it about half way up my sleeve and then put my hand in my bag and drop it in, but usually I just go for it ๐ญ๐ญ just be careful!! i personally have been taking them for wayyy longer than I've been l1fting anything else and would take them occasionally so ive been doing this one for a hot minute bc i have a monster addiction ๐ญ๐ญ sometimes i also just pretend I'm looking at something on a bottom shelf and slide my bag between my legs and drop it in my bag there ๐๐ป good luck diva, stay safe!
