Write down exactly who she is in specific measurable terms.

Set a deadline.

Break it into monthly goals.

Break those into weekly tasks.

Break those into daily non negotiables.

Execute without waiting to feel ready.

Track everything.

Audit. What worked, what didn't, why, what changes.

Eliminate what is not producing results immediately and without sentiment.

Build systems not motivation because motivation is unreliable and systems are not.

Identify the three highest leverage actions and do those first every single day.

Remove every habit, person, and environment that is incongruent with where you are going.

Replace them deliberately and specifically with ones that are.

Do the hardest thing on your list first before your brain has had time to negotiate.

Stop consuming content about doing the thing and go do the thing.

Create accountability that has real consequences attached to it.

Give yourself a non negotiable timeline and treat it like an external deadline.

Review your written vision every single morning before the day gets access to you.

Raise your standards and then raise them again.

I was talking to one of the archeologists one day during our lunch break and he asked those kinds of “getting to know you” questions you ask young people: Do you play sports? What’s your favorite subject? And I told him, no I don’t play any sports. I do theater, I’m in choir, I play the violin and piano, I used to take art classes.

I think you’ve got all these wonderful experiences with different skills, and that all teaches you things and makes you an interesting person, no matter how well you do them.”
