It usually takes me a minute to go through people's pages in order to get a feel for their writing style or if our characters will mesh well if at all. I do not follow for a follow, and I am less likely to follow if there is no mun info, general rules present, a coherent tagging system, no tagging system whatsoever, or no verse info I can work with.
I tend to have my follower list on the short side to keep myself from getting overwhelmed. I also like to look over a potential mutual's writing/rp style as well. If the vibes aren't vibing, then I'll most likely soft block. Please don't take it personally.
