This is our new foster, Starship, aka Jeff (Jefferson Starship). He’s a rescue from a puppy mill and one of the saddest fosters we’ve had. We’ve fostered many dogs from neglectful situations but this boy was terrified of us the first few days. So much so that he would urinate and defecate on himself from fear. A six month old dog that had never felt love or had any human interaction and would just hide in the corner of his kennel.
