i feel like im living in a place i can’t call home anymore. im still in the same house but instead of feeling like someone who lived in it for the past 10 years, i feel like a stranger. my parents are trying to move us nearly an hour away. my house is going on the market in a week and itll stay there for a month. if someone buys it, we move 45 minutes away! yay! how fun! NO. ive literally been crying about this so much that my eyes are puffy, red, and burned from all the tears. it literally hurts to blink because of how much ive been crying. my brother is also so unbothered by this it makes me so sad. how could he say he has ‘no attachment’ to this place? we literally grew up here. this is the house where we learned how to swim, bake/cook, and paint. this is the place filled with memories piling up from 10 years ago. my parents are already packing up our stuff in boxes and this stupid lady is telling us to change everything about the house so it looks “more appealing” to the buyers. she was even lowk racist to my bathroom. hello what? anyways, yeah, no thanks to you, my parents room looks like nobody loves it. its so depressing to see all of that space and no photos when i walk in. like i literally walk into the room and the void in my heart grows. its so overwhelming i start crying as soon as i step into the doorway. im lucky shes allowing me to keep my room the way it is. my brother keeps talking about this positively and its pissing me the absolute fuck off. he sees me crying for 4 hours on end and he goes - “omg yay! lets get out of this house faster, im so happy!” STFU OMG. does it NOT bother you that we’re moving away from the only place that ever felt right? you do realize, if we move, i wont be able to see any of my friends maybe AGAIN? mom hates majority of my friends because theyre ‘too loud’. also the fact i wont be able to say goodbye to my favorite staff, my friends from school bc i dont have their number, my club, my instrument, etc. i already have panic attacks whenever i meet even one nee person, and now im probably being placed into a school with 500+ strangers. this is literally a death sentence for me. im actually so upset about this that i dont eat at all or i eat a huge portion of food in one sitting. my eyes burn so bad from crying. i hate my life
