First, this is a regular thing. & sometimes, it’s really indoctrinated and low-key racism that you can see on your newsfeed right now, and it should be addressed. Secondly, this person is in COLLEGE and seemingly looks like an adult, meaning they are 110% aware of their decisions and what they say to people.
