I've been slacking on keeping up with all my runs on here for the week just for sheer lackluster runs 😅 I've managed to put in 20 for the week already, but there's been no fuel or drive just casual easy running. Which isn't bad but I feel like I'm just doing it to do it and not having the enjoyment that I do usually from So if anyone out has words of advice or something to help kick my butt into gear I'm all ears.
