THREE INGREDIENT VEGAN GRANOLA & BANANA COOKIES . . . 🍌🍪
low calorie - 355cals for all four, 88.75cals each
INGREDIENTS: —
one large mashed ripe banana - 107cals
64g/half a cup of fruit and granola muesli (i used morrison's 'the best' brand) - 248cals
cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS: —
preheat your oven to 175°c/350°f
mash your banana in a bowl, making sure there are no large chunks, you may leave small chunks if you wish
add your granola and cinnamon, & leave it to sit for 5 minutes to absorb - if still too wet, slowly add more granola (be sure to measure how much exactly you're adding!)
line your tray with parchment, and divide the mixture into four cookies and shape - these cookies will not spread out, so shape them well
bake for 15-20 minutes, you can decide to take them out earlier for a gooey cookie or leave them in a little longer to crisp them up - you can test this by quickly poking if you want to or just eyeball it
let them cool slightly and remove from the tray - enjoy !!
