Today our team decided to go outside of our comfort zone and took strength to reach out to our beloved front liners. As of this time, we have distributed boxes of face shields to the Pulmonary Department of University of Sto. Tomas Hospital in Manila. The materials used for the face shields are acrylic plastic making it reusable and durable to ensure the safety of our dedicated doctors, nurses and health workers. During this time of uncertainty, we take part with the community in fighting against the COVID-19. We are one with you in this fight. As of this time, we still do accept online orders. Here’s a list of guidelines for all Kimochi Aroma inquiries: Our herbal pillow is used as hot/cold compress and can be considered as a medical item. Orders will be delivered via Lalamove courier within Metro Manila areas. For orders, you may visit www.kimochiaroma.com, or you can directly message us thru our fb and instagram pages. Kindly provide your complete name, shipping address, email and order quantity for faster transaction. As of now, only the medium and large sizes of the herbal pillows are on hand. We can do Lalamove deliveries once payment has been made via BPI or BDO online transaction. Delivery hours are from 7AM and a cut off of 3PM to ensure items are delivered before curfew. After 3PM orders will be dispatched the next day. Since there are few riders outside due to current situation, please expect delays.
