My arm was shaking so much when I took this picture. The 5sets of bicep curls and tricep extensions followed by BFR training really got my muscles pumped! It was also a lot of fun carrying Layla and then driving home. If you're looking for something to add to your training routine, I recommend you look into blood flow restriction. Keep the weight light, 20% of 1RM, and perform 4 sets with 30 sec rest in between sets and a rep scheme of 30, 15, 15, 15. Tie a band around the upper most area of your arm or leg about 7 on a scale of 1-10 on tightness. There is plenty of research to show the positive benefits of #BFR. Don't be the one giving the weird looks in the gym when you see someone performing BFR!
