but i cannot stress enough:  even tho calliope’s upbringing was lacking, she’s not worth anybody’s sympathy because she doesn’t HAVE to be such an asshat. she absolutely SHOULD NOT be looked at as a victim because she has the wisdom now to map how drastic and awful her measures were and tell they’re not ok, but nah, shes just ‘mm i didn’t get what i wanted so its only logical i end lives uwu’ 25/8 with no hope for ever getting healthier.

calliope’s tale is one of a little girl who just wanted her parents to care and show their faces more, whomst instead hired people to do the work for them, and how she went  ‘ah, i see’,  and from then on birthed herself into a monster in sheeps clothing, only to eventually wipe them all out of the picture completely by the time shes fifteen.
