‘   you know,  i could evaporate you with my mind,    ‘     rosa threatens casually,  eyes unwavering from the other.     what she fails to mention is that she has yet to be able to do that on command,  and the most she would likely do in that moment is be able to throw him across the room.     either or.

“   y’  know,   you’d  actually  be  doin’  the  world  a  favor,   ”   he’s  mocking  her  words  yet  his  statement  remains   true,   and  he  knows  that  her  threat  should  put  him  on  edge  or  worry  him   —   but  he   feels   nothing  and  because  of  that  and  his  nature,   wesson  pursues.   “   kinda  like  t’  see you   try.   ”

𝐈𝐓  𝐈𝐒  𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐘  𝐓𝐎  𝐁𝐄  𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑,   for  all  he  has  to  think  about  is  how  the  world  destroyed  him  and  now  he  wants  to  destroy  it.   eyes  are  fixating  on  the  individual,   air  pushing  out  his  lips  and  the  stoic  look   remains.   “   don’t  you  have  somethin’  better  t’  do?   ”

𝐊𝐍𝐔𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐄𝐒  𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐃,   the  boy  wiped  clean  the  evidence  of  a  malicious  event  that  took  place  merely  seconds  ago.   what  started  out  as  harassment  had  turned  into  a  brawl  because  wesson  pushed  and  pushed  until  something  interesting  happened,   and  it  did.   “   i  know  what  i  started.   ”

"   𝐂𝐀𝐓 𝐆𝐎𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐔𝐄 ?   "   his words are spoken with a taunting tone,   evil   down to the core and he’s well aware of the history of the dark-haired girl.   voices talk and word spreads,   and the boy with hatred in his heart just needed someone to taunt.   he needed to pick on someone so that the voices in his head didn’t pick on him.   “   i’m kiddin’.   ”

𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒,   emerald eyes vacant with no hint of what he’s feeling.   there’s nothing to express   —   he wasn’t happy or sad or angry,   he was just   there;   a shell of a man that wandered day and night,   lost in the world with no way.   his eyes stare at the counter,   fingers spinning a pocket knife on the surface,   and occasionally his eyes watch the item spin and spin until finally his hand stops the movement,   voice gruff as he speaks,   “   i don’t plan on using it.   ”
