A beautiful daughter who brings so much joy and love into my life. Watching her grow and become her own person while we navigate parenthood has been the greatest and most special journey.

The most amazing man who is both my best friend and lover, who makes me laugh every day and makes me feel so loved and appreciated. Having someone by your side to dream with and build a life with. Someone whose values and goals align with yours. Someone who appreciates the little things in life.

Octopuses, like any other edible species in our #ocean, are facing immense pressure from overfishing. The numbers are alarming:

🇬🇷 In Greece, an average of 2,000 tons,

🇪🇸 In Spain, over 1,600 tons.

These figures represent the deaths of hundreds of thousands of octopuses annually – and they exclude both recreational and illegal catches: the actual impact is far greater.
