So as promised the recipe for steak and ale cheese pie.: 100gr of cheese 1 can ale ,1kilo of steak,2 large carrots,2 sticks of celery,3 onions some thyme and rosemary also a bay leaf and 500gr of filo pastry. Now simply brown every thing then add your choice of ale .a 2 heaped table spoons of flour add salt and pepper ( I like to use a combination of black and pink pepper essential oils ) and some salt .
