The biggest thing, obviously, that makes Vox’s hotness seem odd from an IRL standpoint is the fact that, y’know. His head is a TV, and not humanoid. He lacks most obviously human facial features - hair, nose, jawline, etc. However, what it does leave us with is one, his gigantic eyes, which are capable of shifting from big puppy dog eyes to narrowed slits, and take up a lot of his face. As most anime characters demonstrate, creating humanoid faces with bigger eyes than are normally found on humans is quite attractive. It gets Vox be simultaneously baby-cute with the tareme eyes, and sophisticated with tsurime, or narrow slanted eyes. His face is also very anime in that regard - no visible nose, big smile that takes up most of it, completely smooth, etc. The wide crooked, toothy grin is very expressive and lets him emote a lot.

Basically his face is reduced to only the most emotive parts of the human face, and the two most attractive (no shade to those who are drawn to the human nose or jawline.) But yeah, eyes (with their emotions and come-hither looks) and mouths (do I need to elaborate?) are the two most sexual aspects of the human face, so when you winnow it down to just eyes and mouth, it enhances the attractiveness.  I post a read mentioned that his head width also enhances his shoulder width, too. Although he doesn’t have a jawline too, it does kinda replicate a stronger jaw. 

Bodily, of course, he has fairly broad shoulders, and a large chest which his cravats enhance (this post shows you how full it is from the side. Like damn). Then the dorito proportions with the broad shoulders and slim waist. He goes shirtless in season 2 and we see he’s toned (not buff, but toned.) In the season 2 finale of course he also has those buff arms. He has those huge, giant hands, which seems to be a particularly attractive feature to women especially. Then that slight curve to the hips, makes him just a touch androgynous and gives him basically the male equivalent of an exaggerated hourglass figure. Then the very long, slender legs, plus the high heeled feet, which kinda combines both masculine and feminine features. He has Christian Borle’s deep bass voice. And add in the snazzy fashion sense, which always enhances every single one of those features. 

There’s also how he moves, too. He’s so expressive, so vibrant, such a mover. He can dance, which is considered an attractive feature. He’s touchy-feely, which while it’s threatening in some ways, it’s also very affectionate when it's the Vees. There’s his charisma, obviously, which he turns up to 11 most of the time because it’s his defense. He’s also adorable around those he really likes, there’s that hidden secret dork inside of the surface of slick. He’s a secret doting shark dad/beleaguered husband if you know the behind-the-scenes stuff. Conversely he’s also quite badass, clever and intimidating when he wants to be.  You can definitely list off a lot of other traits, but I figure that's a good summary of why Vox would be considered attractive IRL, as opposed in-universe, which probably has a lot of complicated rules for who in hell is hot.
