My first attempt at crock-pot chili! Annnnd it's amazing if I do say so myself! I tend to forget how clutch a slow cooker is for making easy and delicious meals. -1lb ground turkey -2c black beans (1 dry cup) -3 small sweet potatoes -2 green zucchini -4 carrots -1pk baby Bella mushrooms -2 celery hearts -4 cloves garlic -1/2 Spanish onion -1pint cherry tomatoes -1 small can tomato paste -Young Living Vitality oils- oregano, basil, rosemary (4drops each) -a few shakes of turmeric, sage, fennel seed, cayenne, dill, cinnamon -sea salt and black pepper **saute the turkey with the garlic & onion **cook your beans (if dry) > slack black beans overnight then bring to a boil (2c water to 1c beans) and simmer until soft -combine all ingredients into crock pot and put on low for 7-8 hours. 🌟voila🌟 (at Rogers Park, Chicago, Illinois)
