Iām going for a run. Iām going to try and set a 5k PR. Hopefully by putting this out there Iāll nail it!

Thatās amazing! I left high school cross country with a PR of 36:something. Iām the endurance type, so I donāt obsess over my time. But I think pace is a good goal and your min/mile is a goal if I ever saw one!

What I did today to achieve my dream body
Food:
* Hotel breakfast containing scrambled eggs, cucumbers, smoked salmon, cheese and 2 croissants, and a pancake
* For lunch I had fish with potatoes and cabbages, a cheese sandwich, and a banana
* Dinner included tuna salad with bread, blueberries, and pineapple
Exercise:
* 30 minutes glutes workout
* An hour of fast-paced walk in a park
Water: 2l
Me sabotaging myself:
* My estimate is that I was waaay over my calorie limit
* That free glass of wine

Iām back at it! I fell off the track yet again, but Iām ready to pick it back up! No weigh in today, but I got my first run of the summer in! After multiple attempts at cutting out food groups, Iām gonna try pure calorie counting this time. As I get better at it, modify it by controlling macros. Anything to make this lifestyle more sustainable and less frustrating!

Flavour your own waterĀ ā A lot of people donāt like the taste of water and steer clear from it. Donāt do this, water is so, so good for you, flavour it with a bit of lemon on lime.
Remember that being over weight reduces the chance of getting pregnantĀ ā So if you are trying for kids then try and shed some pounds!
Donāt crash dietĀ ā If you crash diet and lose 10lbs in two weeks or something else ridiculous then you will have a weight rebound which will put you right back to square one. Lose the weight steadily and itāll stay off.
