Every night I lay in bed and pray to god he’ll bless me with a new stage in life with more independence. I am 0% thriving in my current life living at home. God I hope it happens soon, I’m being so patient.

I deadass have a friend that has never experienced heartbreak in love, like has only been with the person theyre practically married to. I remind her always how blessed she was to have dodged that experience.

Y’all ever randomly feel a terribly negative feeling about yourself you felt years ago that some people forced you to feel and embarrassingly believed because they hurt you to your core with painful actions and words that took you atleast a year to recover from? Even tho those things they said about you were a lie, and you had every right to be upset because they hurt you, not the other way around, but believed those things about yourself because they revealed a vulnerable side of you that gave them the upper hand in the bitterly spiteful situation between y’all? Even tho you’ve learned to trust again and are very much loved and appreciated by the people in your life but still think “wow I’m totally pathetic piece of shit and totally was to blame wasnt i”, like what? I’ve healed, why?

I fucking hate today’s culture. I do not want to categorize myself as a member of my generation because y’all are brainless morons who thrive on saying “we need to stop hating on ____!!” but go around hating everyone else. Practice what you preach you assholes.
