000. my name is baptiste. 32. they/them. i work full-time and writing is a hobby i enjoy in the time i can find to do it. that being said i take my spare time seriously as well as that of my partners because there's so little of it to go around. let's have fun and be indulgent!
001. it has been some years since i have written on tumblr. grace is appreciated as i get used to the quirks. that being said i do not heavily format beyond sub text nor do i use icons or bother with much in the way of graphics.
002. multi paragraph!! i do not have much interest in one liners. i cut my posts and should any thread include copious amounts of gore or dark themes it will be tagged accordingly and placed beneath the cut. we also take our time here! no rush at all on responses.
003. excessive ooc posts are something i look out for, as well as frequent blog hopping and a general lack of writing. unfortunately, we won't mesh well and i prefer to keep a dash that is writing, art sharing and headcanons. i'm not opposed to making friends! but i did not follow for ooc posts / personal blogging. i unfollow frequently and at my discretion.
004. i curate my space accordingly to avoid any student/teacher ships and anything involving kids with adults. please do the same and block me if you enjoy it.
005. so far as themes go. i'm comfortable writing a range of things so long as my partner is also comfortable. dark themes encapsulate too much to list. but for the sake of a few examples: trauma, death, gore, cannibalism and toxic dynamics do not bother me.
006. shipping! transparency policy: i have a devastating soft spot for goge. that being said i am extremely picky with their dynamic and satoru's characterization beside suguru's and apart from him. due to their canon it is unavoidable that suguru would have a tender approach in regard to satoru; this does not mean i am invested in shipping out the gate with any one that writes with me.
007. shipping, continued: slow burn and meticulous building blocks are my favorite approach. spontaneous chemistry can also happen, which i am open to. you cannot force this! going in with the intent to ship is very (hand wobble) for me; that also takes a great bout of effort and a clear grasp on comfort level. when it comes to romantic/toxic/etc dynamics in romance i also want it to be known that i do not view this as the "conclusion" but the story expanded. we will get along if we both understand this.
008. sharing discords is something i am open to once we have interacted at length and written for awhile. there is, however, the treat of getting on like wildfire in a short period. if it happens it happens.
009. PLEASE do not reblog my posts if you are a personal blog. i will block you. you may follow and like my posts or interact with me but my headcanons and writing are personal, they are not for public.
010. final important notes. i am black. that being said, i have no patience in fandom spaces when it comes to microaggressions, racism and ignorance. if you conduct yourself as if you have never spoken to or befriended black people it is something i can see from miles away and i will avoid you / remove myself from your space. i also get terrible ick for people who use "aave" to posture as funny or intimidating. please don't do that shit with me it is embarrassing and it is not funny. talk to me like you talk in real life.
last but not least: save congo, free palestine and abolish ice; no lgbt phobia and racism will be tolerated.
