When Theseus tries to make the arrest at the German Ministry of Magic, he's taken straight to Grindelwald. This is my Theseus-centric Secrets of Dumbledore and well beyond AU where Newt and Theseus slowly rebuild their relationship; Theseus fights to avenge Leta; the team get closer; Newt and Tina fall in love; the villains are pursued; old hurts hurt and are mended; and consequences are generally reckoned with.

It has several story arcs and focuses on all the characters at some point. While it revolves around Theseus, Tina, Grindeldore, and Newt, pretty much every other named FB character is included. Each chapter will have detailed content warnings. It’ll cover 1932-1945.

also thinking about the half-decade before little newt started Hogwarts where newt struggled a lot with being depressed and often either stayed out in the woods for days or curled on the floor of his room. not really eating or drinking or doing anything but tending to his creatures, when it got bad.
