My anxiety attacks again. And I’m crying at almost 4am without even knowing the main reason why. 😖🥺🥲

Dont even know who to talk to without having to think and filter what I have to say. I just want to express myself freely. Caring too much is hard. Need to learn how to keep a lot of things to myself..

Mararamdaman mo naman talaga kung gusto kang pahalagahan ng tao. Actions speak louder than words. And I’m so thankful sa mga taong naiparamdam sakin yun. ❤️
