And like here’s what my mind came up with

—the style was closer to K1s style. As in the characters were a bit chunkier and the general design was a bit stiffer if that makes sense.

—the new school was like a giant glass building. Like some shit you may see in san Francisco ..I think my mind just envisioned Felix’s/teddy’s academy? I really don’t know but it was weird

—I think every single character was there with a few new kids?

——one of them was fucking named unc. I remember unc. Every time we spoke to him it was never like “okay dude” it was always “okay unc” “wow unc” “hey unc” I remember it so goddamn well

——and the other character was like a girl with long black head wearing red? She was a kid, and she was facing the other way.

—every single character had a mission. Like the missions menu was so gawdamn long jt was almost scary. Alice’s mission was just her and Austin hanging out all day and like things would go wrong and we’d have to help them..that’s the only mission I remember. In my dream I watched it on Jay’s channel LMFAO

——at some point in the mission Alice and Austin were debating something like hmm what should we do and there was like a FNF-style mini game to determine who’s idea prevailed and what they did..it was so silly

I feel like Kindergarten 3 is kinda like Chapter 3 of Deltarune in terms of the Fandom's reaction, given that both fandoms agree that the third game/chapter is either weaker than the first two, or gets outshined by the fourth.

And given K3's cliffhanger, I feel like the game WILL get outshined by K4, since there's a good chance that K4's not gonna be in a school (And I hope it doesn't take place in a school tbh, it'll definetly be more unqiue if it doesn't).

(And, uh, last thing since I couldn't put this anywhere else lol but I think it's interesting that, in the credits, everyone BUT Lily and Carla are shown falling. And I've rewatched the credits three times now, those two are just NOT there, and ever since I noticed that I've just been wondering what that means!!)

All in all, I'm SOOOOO excited for K4!!!

That's a reminder that the golden child is a victim too. While they seemingly being favorite, adored and in the same side as the caregiver, they are suffer from the ab*sing family dynamics too. Usually in a more of a way of a lot of pressure, perfectionism and keep the family image high, being the perfect example of the perfect family, it's might not be active like the ab*use the scapegoat is getting, but it's still ab*se.

The golden child and the scapegoat a lot of times become rivals, enemies. It's one of the ab*sive tactics of the caregiver: put the kids against each other to make sure they won't get along and could stand together against the ab*sive caregiver. Make them see each other as the problem instead of understanding who is really the problem: the caregiver.

Both of the roles being ab*sed, both of the roles deserves and need to grow up safely, both of them deserve better caregiver.

Great dialogue can come from radical emotional honesty. But in most real conversations, people

dodge questions

answer indirectly

lie (badly)

change the subject

crack jokes to avoid serious answers

lie (convincingly)

say half of what they mean

tell the truth but get so anxious/angry/defensive others now think they're lying

If your dialogue feels unnatural, it might be because everyone is saying exactly what they think, or articulating their thoughts too well. Try letting characters hide things instead.
