Phil sat on the grass below a tree on the hill, far from the cabin he called home, as thousands of his sons words echoed his mind, a loud explosion in his head, the avian wrapping his wings around his body, as he looked down a bit.

The girl was wondering about boredly just exploring parts of the server she had never seen before when she spotted Philza she had never met him but heard enough to recognize him
She debated turning back and going home but something pushed her to go forwards
âUm hi? Philza right?â
âUh yeah, Kasey? Right?â Phil weakly smiled. The avian heard about her before, never been on the server long enough to see her.
She nods softly âsorry I didnât mean to interrupt or anything just kinda doing some exploring of parts I havenât been to before ya know Punz is always on me about getting out and about..â
She realized in that whole ramble she never even confirmed her name she quickly apologized

âHeh.â Phil smiled, a bit of tiredness in his eyes, she reminded the avian of WilburâŚa bit of panic spread on his face for a few seconds, before he went back to smiling.
His broken wing waved a bit, hopefully noticable to Kasey, the feathers all distorted and ruffled, that must be uncomfortable. âPleasure to meet you mateâŚâ
âYou as well Iâve heard bits and pieces about you over my time here nice to finally put a face to the nameâ
She tilts her head softly noticing his wing
âHey um Iâm no doctor but Iâve helped Punz with a lot of his injuries over the past year or so and that wing does not look good are you okay?â
âHm?â Phil looked over at the broken wing. âUmâŚyeah Iâm fine, itâs a small injury, thatâŚhappened awhile agoâŚâ Phil drifted off a bit.
âLike I said Iâm no doctor but I can usually work myself okay around some bandages and such do you wanna have me take a look at it? Tho Iâll admit I donât have experience with wings.. itâs gotta be bothering you right?â
âYeahâŚit uhâŚthereâs a history with it being brokenâŚâ Phil smiled weakly.
âWell how do you normally handle fixing it? I can see it probably needs preened as well well so could your other one but my main focus is on it and figuring out how to fix itâ
âPreening is definitely what I do, at the moment thoughâŚI think my other one can still be preened, itâs just a bit of burn marks around the feathers.â Phil smiled.
âWell would you like some help at least preening your other one? It really wouldnât be no trouble at allâ
Phil smiled, nodding. âMhmâŚâ
She smiles softly as she walks over behind Phil âokay Iâve never really done this before so Iâll try to be as gentle as possibleâ
She very gently grabs at a loose feather then moving onto a slightly broken one and just continuing the process

She tilts her head softly but doesnât think much of it assuming heâs just not used to this
