being body positive meant tirelessly comforting thin people after they experienced thin shaming when thin people nearly never did that for my fat body.

being body positive meant letting thin people  discuss how being told to eat a hamburger hurt their feelings while i was told to kill myself for being unapologetically fat

being body positive was allowing thin people to talk over the lived experiences of fat people to try to disprove that fat shaming is worse than thin shaming

being body positive made me realize that body positive communities exist for acceptably fat, ~healthy~, white people and not really for people like me, or women who are three/four/five hundred pounds and over, disabled people or unheathy folks
