A/N - Trixie is a cis male so goes by her boy name (Brian Firkus). Katya is a cis female. (Sorry for the people who don’t like the cis male/female pairings or think they’re boring). I tried to make it a but poetic and it just ended up dumb and repetitive but I TRIED OKAY. Wrote this in a day so sorry it’s messy. Was inspired by one of them ‘100 ways to say I love you’ posts. I might do a second part to this at one point because I wanted a happy ending but a sad one happened instead :( TW for attempted sexual assault/ suggested and implied sexual assault and rape so if you’re triggered by that you might not want to read just to be safe :) Hope you all enjoy❤️

AN:  Here’s a little thing I wrote. I'm hoping to make it multi-chaptered but want to test the waters to see how well received this fic is. 

It’s an AU based on Trixie (who is male in this fic) and Katya (who is a woman) meeting in an unusual way and their relationship. 

That’s a really shit description but I don’t want to give the plot away. I’m really unsure about this fic as it is a completely different style of writing for me!

Summary: Which half of your OTP starts Christmas morning by casually leaning in the kitchen doorway reading a book, acting like they don’t know there’s mistletoe right above their head, and which half walks past them while mumbling sleepily “Your book is upside down”
