I know it has been a few hours, but even still, I am sorry to see that you feel this way, and that you are struggling. I wish I had better advice to give, but please, do not let yourself suffer alone – I know it is extremely difficult, but please reach out to people, let them try to help you, or at the very least, do not let yourself be consumed by such thoughts with no distraction whatsoever. You are not a bad person and you matter. I know that it is hard, and I know how such a state of mind will twist and distort your entire view of the world, down to the very way you think, fundamentally. Because of this, you have already done an incredible job just surviving so far. Please keep on fighting. Even if you are better, or worse right now, try to know that it will always be worth to keep going in the end.

Even if you haven't really felt like it, people do care about you and it's hard to care about yourself when it seems like everything you do just makes everything worse
