ᯓᡣ𐭩 circe was usually used to take care of the nymphs all by herself, but it's all changed when you came along. now she doesn't need to worry about her nymphs accidentally hurting themselves because she knows she can trust you around them.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 she also noticed how attached the nymphs are to you to point where they consider you their second mother, calling you mom/mommy, she found it the most adorable thing ever.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 today was different tho, she had spell she needed to work on and didn't have anytime outside of her workplace, so ofc she asked you, the love of her life to just watch the nymphs a little longer for her while she's working.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 and of course you agreed being the good mother you are let circe do her witch craft as you try to control her nymphs keeping them away from her room to not disturb her. circe could only sigh in relief as she finally could work in peace.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 after while circe was done with her work as she go out to check on you and her nymphs, but she noticed the unusual quiet, she got little scared thinking you guys wonder off somewhere but it all disappear when she reached to the main room in her palace amd saw you sleeping with her nymphs surrounding you, cuddling into you as you slept peacefully.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 she felt her heart melt as she saw how her nymphs do comfortable and relaxing around you, even some sleeping in your lap and overs hold into you.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 she giggled softly at the sight and accidentally waken you up, she apologizing for waking you up but you assure you you were just sleep and you didn't disturb her at all.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 after that you move a little as you made place for her besides you to sit down and cuddle you, and who's she to reject such an offer?

ᯓᡣ𐭩 she quickly made her place (hardly) among her nymphs before she sat beside you, kissing your face as she held you gently, thanking you for taking care of her daughters for her.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 circe felt so grateful for these small moment, just you and her nymphs all holding each other dearly, she kissed your forehead again as she mumbled a promise. promise to protect you and her nymphs even if that cost her, her own life. but for the mean time, she just slept as she held you tightly.

‎circe couldn't forget you. how could she? she memorized every part of you. the way your hair shin in the sun, the way your eyes glow with love, every inch of your face. the way your smile could bright up a dark room. the way your lips move as you speak. she memorized it and loved it all.

‎ she remembers your favorite place, her garden. full of flowers that she planted personally for you. she remembers the way you walk around the garden as your body takes the scent of the flowers. making you smell like a walking garden, it was a delightful scent for circe. but not anymore.

‎ she cannot take this scent anymore, she hates it, whenever she smells it all she can think about is you. she could phantom it, she stayed as far away from the garden as she can, telling her nymphs not to get too close it too. the last thing she need is anything have to do with you.

‎ but circe deep down she couldn't let the feeling go. the feeling of your missing present, the feeling of your warmth around her palace, the feeling of you on her. but she couldn't let her feeling get in the way, until it's over. but deep within her she knows it's never over.

‎ circe found herself staring at the places you used to hang around in, wishing to see you there and that's all that happened just illusion, but she couldn't. she really thought you here complement, her missing piece, her soulmate. but it all lies in her mind. she still waiting till the days you're just another girl on her island.

‎ circe trying to convince herself that it's you, it's your fault. you left her, you move on too quickly, you never loved her so she shouldn't care that much. but she knows she's just lying to herself, trying to make the villain so she could feel good about herself. making you in the wrong just for moving on.

‎ no matter how hard she tries she still sees you there, in the garden, among her nymphs as if your shadow follows her everywhere, no matter how hard she tries to ignore this feeling, it never goes away.

‎ even with everything she still has everything that belongs to you. your clothes, your jewelry, your weaving, her heart. she thought she could move on. but not with you around her, not with your stuff, she couldn't bring herself to get rid of them.

‎ so she made a promise, if this feeling didn't go, she'll throw everything in the ocean just like how you throw away your relationship and love away.

‎ even with how much has passed, she still finds herself calling your name, whenever it's to one of her nymphs or her lions. your name still dances beautiful on her tongue. not only her, even her nymphs. they kept talking about you, even some of them ask circe about you, but she always smile before brushing the question off.

‎ circe doesn't know what kind of spell you use on her to make her feel like this. she can't forget your touch, your voice, your words no matter how hard she tried. she thought it was some trick from lord eros or even Aphrodite to play sick game on her. but she couldn't figure out why.

‎ she even wonders if you ever feel the same as she did, if you felt like something is missing with you, if you missed her present, if you remember her touch, if you remember everything you too had.

‎ she remembers the day, the day everything ended, the day you left. she couldn't understand why, why you're leaving her, why after everything you guys been through. did she do something wrong? did something happen to you? why.

‎ when you left she tried stopping you, trying to understand why you insist on leaving with even explanation. but it was too late. she saw tears in your eyes. she knows you didn't want this, or at least that what she told herself in denial. you loved her right? of course you did.

‎then why did you leave her, leave your relationship, your love , your family and your home. she gave you everything anyone could ever ask for. but she still wonders why you did this. but it doesn't matter anyway, you went away, you left her with the memory of you.

‎"mother circe, you there? is everything alright? you haven't left your room in a while and we didn't see her either. do you know where she is? we're missing her.."

‎circe could hear some of her nymphs talking from behind her door as she lay on her bed. she didn't reply for a few seconds before she quietly whispered to herself.
