Heya! Welcome to Kaboom’s blog!

~~

There is no official documentation of Kaboom. It’s voice and demeanour matches that of a child in a demonic form. It likes to toy and play games with its prey, thinking it’s not doing any actual harm and fully convinced it’s just playing.

One of its favourite games is tossing a balloon to its “playmate”, and shall it pop an explosion or similar event should happen! While it has been reported to have been killed multiple times, it always seems to return, as it bears similar markings to the Guardian Angel.

Kaboom giggled, tail swishing as a balloon suddenly appeared in his grip. He was staring the group down from the other side of the hall, his smile as wide as ever. A few sparks flew from his body.

The enginner goes around in his patrol around the room, a piece of metal sits on his mouth,

Fuck he needs a cigarrete.

He gives a sigh, stopping turning his head around and letting his eyes search. His eyes end up on the Child at the end of the corridor, squiting at the sight.

He places his hand against his ear, raising a brow at the Child's words.

-> ``Anomaly Spotted. Appears to be a Red child on the south hallway.``

``Gotcha. Going over there.``

He takes his hands off his ear, looking at the little thing.

-> ``Hey... Buddy. You're lost or something?``

There was hesitation, a questioning look, then a fit of giggles.

“No! I’m not lost!”

A few sparks flew from its horns as it spoke, small dots of energy in the cool toned air.

“Are you?”

The Enginner takes a better look at the red Child, taking a tight hold into his Modified Rifle. As he tries to respond in a less hostile voice then he usually speaks in.

-> ``No... I am also not Lost...``

``Okay, kid. This is not the place for you to be, you should just go find a room. Or back to your cell...``

He pauses for a moment, trying to process if he was looking at an Imp or a Child.

``What even are you...?``

“I’m Kaboom!”

He replied, narrowing his gaze for a second. He was gauging the other. Staring rather intensely now.

“You look lost.”

He gives a concerned look at the Name being spoken, the sparks that came from the horns earlier not helping its case. Is this thing explosive?

And from the other question, he raises his brows. Well he wish he was lost, and not in one of the most dangerous sectors of thw facility.

-> ``Kiddo. I am pretty sure I am not lost. I know this place up and down, I worked down here.``

Kaboom physically recoiled, ducking beneath and out of his reach. That obviously wasn’t the right thing to say.

The Medic enter the room, placing her hand against the handle on her waist. Taking a look at the kid and grunting.

-> ``Get out of here! This is no place for a child.``

The Enginner follows suit.

``Yeah. We are the o' Big Scary employees that you should leave alone, aight kiddo?``

The two were met with a stare that could burn them. A complete scowl. A glare that told them of his growing irritation.

“You’re lying…”

The Medic returns the stare of growing disgruntlement, giving a sigh of frustration and taking the handle of the waist belt. The Enginner takes a glace at the medic and places his hand against the handle, immediately making sure she doesn't go along with a simple plan. The engineer turns back to the child, giving an annoyed look before giving a sigh and putting up a fake smile, placing both of his hands up to the air and giving a fake chuckle.

-> ´´Ay ay, ay ay. You got us, we aren't actually employees.´´

The Medic turns her head to the enginner, giving a very confused glance. Raising a brow and slightly opening her mouth in a bit of shock.

-> ´´But lil guy, we aren't lost! We found a map of the whole place and are just... making a little fort for ourselves.´´

Kaboom snorted, a child-like laugh escaping his lungs.

“Wowie, can I join!?”

It’s tail flicked, unintentionally slashing through the paint upon the wall next to the group.

The Medic's humor immediately shifts upon hearing the Child's Innocent Taunt, placing her hand against her mouth to hold out a laugh. The Enginner turns his head to the medic, doing a playful elbow-jab on her shoulder.

-> ´´AY! Cmon! My talk is not that funny! Its just an accent!´´ ´´Alright, Mistah Accenta´´ ´´Oh jeez...´´ The Enginner lets out a chuckle.

The Enginner takes notice to the agressively sharp tail, looking back to the little kid and trying to think of something to make it just go away. The Medic instead thinks of something first.

-> ´´Well... Its a super secret fort, so we can't have kiddos like you coming into the fort. We can't trust anyone with a big secret like that!´´

She leans down to his eye level.

"Hm... I guess I can play some games with you, it'll be fun I supposed. What would you like to play?"

He thought for a moment, his tail waving in slightly larger arcs as he stepped into the doorway, then he shook his head.

“Maybe it’s not a good idea… people tell me they aren’t good and that they get hurt.”

His gaze looked over her. His grin only grew wider.

“Wow! Are you related to Sebastian???”

"Just because we look like this doesn't mean we're related..."

She chuckles, extending a hand.

"I'm Marie, what's your name?"

“Nuh uh! That’s how my big brother said genes work… which is weird because I think those are pants…”

His eyes wandered for a moment before registering her gesture. His tail flicked again as he entered the room, a couple sparks flying off of him. His gaze fell to her hand, entirely questioning.

“I don’t know… but Kaboom’s it!”

Marie blinked.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Kaboom."

She retracted her hand when she realised that he wasn't going to take.

"So, are you still up for that game?"

*He seriously contemplated the question, then shook his head.*

“No thanks! My big brother says it hurts people… which is weird. I think. I don’t know.”

Marie raises a brow.

"You have a big brother?"

Kaboom nods, his tail’s movements quickening.

“He doesn’t like me, though.”

"Well then he's definitely got something wrong with him - who could resist a cute little face like yours!"

Marie gently flicks Kaboom's horns, smiling affectionately.

"What's your brother's name?"

His tail began wagging at an alarming speed, a happy smile creeping to his lips.

“Hehe~!”

Upon the flick, Marie got a decent, short shock of electricity through her. Kaboom tilted his head.

“Ouchie.” He commented. Rather on her than himself.

“Also doesn’t have a name… but I think you all call them the… Guardian Angel?”

Marie hissed at the shock, quickly retracting her hand.

"Well that was... quite the shock."

She giggled, but upon the mention of the Guardian Angel, she stopped.

"You're related to the Guardian Angel? The big, white, legless one?"

“Sorry!”

He considered for a moment, then nodded.

“Yeah… well… created together. More by the same person.”

"It's fine."

Marie assured.

"That sounds like you're related. Do you like your brother?"

“No. They don’t care about me.”

His tail began wagging at an alarming speed, a happy smile creeping to his lips.

“Hehe~!”

Upon the flick, Marie got a decent, short shock of electricity through her. Kaboom tilted his head.

“Ouchie.” He commented. Rather on her than himself.

“Also doesn’t have a name… but I think you all call them the… Guardian Angel?”

The door to Marie’s area was slid to the side after a couple failed attempts at getting the steel to cooperate. Kaboom’s head poked around the doorframe, peering at her. A giggle followed soon after.

“Hiii!! Who are you-what are you doyouwannaplaywithme???”

His tail occasionally flicked into few as it wagged, the pointed blades glinting the lighting. Uh… was that a kid?

Marie blinks at him.

"A child?"

She leans down to his eye level.

"Hm... I guess I can play some games with you, it'll be fun I supposed. What would you like to play?"

He thought for a moment, his tail waving in slightly larger arcs as he stepped into the doorway, then he shook his head.

“Maybe it’s not a good idea… people tell me they aren’t good and that they get hurt.”

His gaze looked over her. His grin only grew wider.

“Wow! Are you related to Sebastian???”

"Just because we look like this doesn't mean we're related..."

She chuckles, extending a hand.

"I'm Marie, what's your name?"

“Nuh uh! That’s how my big brother said genes work… which is weird because I think those are pants…”

His eyes wandered for a moment before registering her gesture. His tail flicked again as he entered the room, a couple sparks flying off of him. His gaze fell to her hand, entirely questioning.

“I don’t know… but Kaboom’s it!”

Marie blinked.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Kaboom."

She retracted her hand when she realised that he wasn't going to take.

"So, are you still up for that game?"

*He seriously contemplated the question, then shook his head.*

“No thanks! My big brother says it hurts people… which is weird. I think. I don’t know.”

Marie raises a brow.

"You have a big brother?"
