Between his money, hero position, and being the person who got Flambae out of jail, it's a major power imbalance weirdly in favor of the normie, except Robert doesn't realize he comes off as threatening/manipulative.

He's just happy his relationship is developing well, not realizing Flambae is attracted but is also terrified of the consequences of leaving him.

Like a full role reversal.

I wouldn't necessarily call it mafia AU but what Robert is doing to Flambae is definitely one-sided and unhealthy 😔

Maybe this time they'll actually have a mature conversation about it and Robert makes it clear that his money comes with no strings attached—he just wants to help Flambae and see him happy. After that, Chad will be more okay with it and start to ease up with Robert.

Flambae carries Robert's body beneath the waves, watching it float outto sea. He prays to the sea, begging for forgiveness, to please return Robert to him.

Flambae was swims to shore, hiding his coat and curling up in Robert's cold bed. The next new moon will tell whether Robert is allowed to be reborn.

Robert and Flambae pick Zarak(now a teen) from an over night stay in jail because he gotten into a bar fight. Possibility he and his friends snuck in and something instantly escalated. [Like deja vu yo the bar scence in the dispatch ep 5 is i remember correctly]. Flambae is quietly pissed but driving as Robert lectures Zarak like that one scene from big hero six with Aunt Cass in the Beginning. Zarak was most likely dragged into the fight but would actually be mpv bc of metal powers expended.

I think that could happen! I like to think that Zarak has good friends but that doesn't mean other people won't start shit with them. If a bar fight happens, I think Zarak is quick to jump in to defend his friends.
