Stop Motion brief - Alphabet
For the stop motion brief, we need to make a letter of the alphabet (mineās āJā) form out of a random object. We need to pick an object(s) that can move or reform into our chosen letter. Iāve had two ideas for this so far.
1.) A pair of socks that roll out into the letter āJā.
2.) A banana that peels out into the letter āJā.
Iāve tried out how the banana one would look in a dodgey, quick stop motion I made.
I like the movement and when the chunks of banana are pulled away; However, Iām not sure how convincing of a āJā the banana makes at the end. Iām considering using tooth picks to secure and straighten the peel at the top of the banana to create a straight line at top the āJā.
My next step is to try and make a stop motion with the socks and compare!
