This is a micro lens picture of a leaf, I love the way the camera picked up the tiny grooves of the leaf. Unfortunately the surrounding area of the picture is blurry due to the cheap lens

Today I wanted to focus on zooming into things with the macro lens on my phone. The aim was to take pictures of things to the point where they were unidentifiable as the original objects. This is a picture of a tea towel, it’s kinda disgusting but it’s also interesting how the camera picked up all the fibres and textures that we wouldn’t normally see with the naked eye

Spotted this today and it immediately reminded me of a rebellion, mainly because of the colour red and the vandalism

I wanted to include shadow in my pictures as I felt it added depth. This was taken this morning when I was reading my book, I felt the sunlight added a sense of warmth to the picture

I saw these roof slates lying in the back garden and thought the side of them also created an endless pattern that I was intrigued by

For today’s pictures I wanted to focus on pattern, I took this on my way home from cork at the bus stop. I liked the way the rain drops seemed to create an endless pattern

Spotted some growth coming up beneath the rocks and thought it was unusual and pretty

I felt that one of the lights outside resembled an eye so I cloned it in pics art to make another one and made a face out of it, even my house reflects my current mood

Caught an essential worker in the midst of working 2day :)

These bottles belonged to my grandfather when he used to run the family pharmacy, he also used to refer to them as “potion bottles” because it’s what he used to store his ingredients for making cough bottles in the dispensary. I thought that the light made them look extra magical when they were casting the blue shadows 💫🌙

This project has shown me that possibilities are endless with creating typefaces .

Although I didn’t plan it, I also liked the different colours the toaster gave my alphabet shapes I feel like it makes the letter more interesting paired up with the texture .

Startin out my project with bread, May toast it later to see it it looks more defined

Brief description of album

In my moodboard, I wanted it to be chaotic to resemble the chaotic dystopian world of Hunger City. I also felt the main colour in this moodboard should be red as the colour seemed prominent to me when I was listening to the album

I think they give a good description of the events that occurred in Hunger City with watchful eyes constantly everywhere, “corpses lay rotting” and “mannequins with kill appeal”
