Skales 2027 s5 pt1 comeback will be real guys

It was a long night, however a calm one. The snakes of ninjago finally found their place of tranquility and peace after long, long decades of firstly trying to warn, then fight and finally to conquer... only to lose in the end.

But finally, when the events have finally cooled off in the land of elements and many adventures, the leader, Skales finally decided that it would only be reasonable to go back to initial roots and once again hide in the dark where the people of the land would not look down to the monsters which they created themselves.

Skales found his own way to look at his surroundings. His people, along with their own leaders, decided to create their own utopia in the darkness of the underground. Finally the snakes stopped looking at the differences between them and accepted that other than the land they share, they have nothing. And what's the point of creating an unsolved conflict which could only bring out more danger and rage? Skales could even say that he was proud of the conclusion they have initiated.

And so, after two years since the defeat of the Overlord and Garmadon, the underworld of snakes finally reached the peace that snakes have long fought for. And even the leader of the Hypnobrai finally settled down.

Having a family of his own finally felt like a satisfaction which came to him like a blessing. A son that looked identically to him, of course with his mother's eyes. His hypnosis powers a lot stronger than his own at that age, Skales was proud of the little bundle of joy and scales which he and his wife brought to this world. His loving wife was always so understanding, but stern and seemed to be the neck in this relationship. It was all so perfect.

A little too perfect.

Of course it had to be disturbed as well unfortunately by the turn of events, and those roots calling out a little too quickly and violently.

Skales was sitting with his son by the rocky area, his son's favorite hiding spot when he wanted to hide away from his momma when she called him for his chores. Skales couldn't blame Junior, he wasn't a fan of following orders either... although giving orders, that was a different topic.

"Skales!" One of the red snake guards called out to the Hypnobrai leader, causing him to lift his head and out of instinct put a hand before his son. Junior looked at the guard and then at his father, a bit startled. "We have an unwanted visitor, he wishes to speak to you," answered the guard, hsi grip on the spear tightening. Skales slid towards the guard, telling his son to go home before he excused himself and disappeared with the guard. Skales was initially worried it could be the ninja again, remembering the last time they tried to warn humanity, the people of ninjago only cursed them more. He looked at the Fangpyre guard, his posture straightening.

"Is it the Ninja?" Asked the leader, but the guard only shook his head as they kept on walking.

"No, it's a white snake," the fangpyre answered, his steps almost slowing down. Skales' looked at him, confusion written all over his face. A white snake? Could it be... no, Pyro Vipers have been cursed and locked away in a temple, guarded even more heavily than the other snakes. Unleashing them would only cause the world to go into further and bigger chaos. Although knowing how a literal Garmadon brat could unlock the prison in which Skales spent most of his life and was used against his own power... Skales sighed, realizing that anything could be true.

As they finally approached the metal doors which led out of the comfort place, Skales noticed a white snake with purple markings... it definitely was not a Pyro Viper. He could sign in relief.... Only until he finally could look at the snake up and down. When the realization came to him, Skales could feel the venom leaving his face and his body. It was now all clear to him who had disturbed their peace, and who was possibly bringing more trouble with him than its worth.

"Guards, leave," Skales motioned for the snakes away, making his people question him, however they obeyed.

The white scaled snake smiled mischievously as he stood up proud and threw his cloak to the ground. "My friend," he extended his hands out as if he wanted to almost hug his previous assistant that he tricked many times. Skales crossed his arms and looked at Pythor up and down.

"Pythor," his voice came out lower than he initiated. "We thought you were dead," Skales answered as he came up a little closer, his previous feelings coming up again and causing him to act without thinking. The Anacondrai could see that very clearly.

" And here I am standing in front of you. Perhaps this is a great occasion to talk some things out,"

" talk them out or manipulate me?" Asked the blue scaled leader as he was very much aware of all the tactics and all the ways that his previous master used in order to control everyone else. Pythor moved out closer to his previous.... Acquaintance.

" Now, now my dear friend, why so blue?" Asked the previous leader, almost wanting to laugh at the situation to cool the mood down. Unfortunately, that didn't work. Skales was in no mood to joke around. Pythor sighed and finally began explaining the real reason behind his visit. "After the great devour... you can probably see how much it has scared me... I began thinking about what we have gone through. What we had," the purple scaled snake's voice turned a little more seductive than it was supposed to be. Skales gulped, trying to push the feelings down.

Skales took a deep breath as he came up to Pythor, his hand on the white scaled snake's shoulder, gently grabbing him for reassurance.

"If you are seeking any help, we will welcome you. Give you food, and shelter. Unfortunately the others don't seem to be very trustworthy of you, so you might wanna keep a low profile." Skales offered, almost confused to why he was so gentle with the one who made him feel love and betrayed him at last. Betrayal caused by the blinded revenge he could never get rid of. Pythor looked at Skales with a mischievous smile. Skales smiled back awkwardly. "I could introduce you to my wife and my son, I'm sure they will like you,"

Pythor's smile dropped, sighing and nodding. Mentally he prepared for plan B.
