Good grief!

someone has watched the live of xavier dolan and pier-luc funk and could, please, answer me a question? i don’t understand french very well so i would like to know if they said something about if matthias and maxime end up together and if so what they said. i’m dying to know if heard correctly or not. thank you!

i’m so bummed out about what xavier dolan had said in that interview about matthias et maxime..... i’m really in love with this movie but i can’t get over the fact that he interpreted the story in such a diferente way... makes me feel invalid.... i totally forgot all about the death of author and all that because i’m really sad and pretty obsessed at the same time

i just watched matthias & maxime and (SPOILERS) i don’t know what to think about the ending... i really loved the movie and thought that the emotions between the two characters were so heartfelt and genuine, but i just watched an interview with Xavier Dolan and he said that they are not attracted to each other, they are, instead, seeing each other as lovers, being in love. i didn’t understand what he meant with that, if he is saying that the love between both is bigger than some attraction or that there is no physical attraction at all. because if it is the last one, i have to disagree. i thought they have both: the love and the attraction... this is really bugging me, if someone could please share your opinions... i think maybe dolan was maybe trying to say that attraction is not the important part of the movie, instead this is the pure love between them, and then said something confusing, i don’t know...
