A lot of times, I feel like people come up to me because they think I’m like my character in Easy A, or because they’ve seen me in interviews, but really what they’re a fan of is a movie or a character.

Well, you know.. I’ve just always been this way.

“What sets you apart can sometimes feel like a burden, and it’s not. And a lot of the time, it’s what makes you great. So, I kind of sound like I live in a van down by the river right now.”

My mom lost her dad at a very young age, and has this sort of belief system of, you know, “If there’s something that you want to do, if there’s something that means a lot to you, do it now.”
