This needs to happen. Women we shouldn't be in competition with each other. We all want the same thing, to be successful & prove that we're just as good as men maybe even better. Instead of bashing each other, we should build each other up. No one understands better the struggle you go through than another woman. Get over your pride & stop thinking you're better than the woman next to you. In the eyes of men, we're all the same.
