The pasta was cooked well with the smooth and sweet pumpkin filling (I personally didn’t notice much of the mortadella) I thoroughly enjoyed this dish! _ You can’t fault the interior of the restaurant, together with a real fun cocktail menu (look at that 🐡 glass!) Amazing pasta, you are guaranteed a great time here. I would definitely visit again in Bologna. ⠀ Good for: Pasta nerds, also a perfect date place. Kake udon with tempura / Marugame Udon / Liverpool Street, London ⠀ Noodles ★★★ Broth/Sauce ★★ Toppings ★★ Genuinely excited to see udon coming to the London noodle scene, not just ramen bars! I have been to Marugame in Asia, I roughly know what I am getting. I arrived at 11:59am today while they open at 12nn. There was a queue around 30 people but I was able to get in within 20mins! I enjoyed the texture of the udon, I would prefer it more chewy this one is more on the “doughy” side but really it is £3.45! Such a bargain.
