I've been doing the fitness thing. I'm all for having the body you want, and being happy with what you have. But in myself I didn't feel happy, nor particularly sexy, just a little pudgy and undefined, which is super cool if you are into that your self. But for me it wasn't working. So, for a couple months, I've been more aware of what I eat, and doing at least 3 sessions in the gym a week. I still have a lot to do before I'm completely happy, but it's a good start!

I think I'm in need of a hair cut. Being one year in to lockdowns in the UK really makes you think of the basic everyday mundane just you miss. This is a good 15 months growth, from what was a fade cut at the back.

Lockdown hair is coming in strong. It's bordering on smol top knot length now. Looking forward to some normality soon. Things have not been great, I'm still off work, some days I can't find the drive to do anything at all. It's all a little bit overwhelming thus my silence as of late. But I'm still here. I hope everyone is doing OK.

Making the most of my daily exercise time at the moment, Bournemouth is gorgeous and near deserted, Bliss. A couple more months and I'll be ready for a swim, it's a little nippy at the moment though.
