Hi! I’ve started reading the CIA documents on the Gateway Process (shifting). To summarize what I’ve learned so far:

Atoms are made of energy, therefore matter is energy. The universe is energy. All matter is a variance in energy, and we have energy that helps us perceive this energy.

What I’ve taken away from this? Nothing is real. The point of life doesn’t exist, it has been confirmed by the CIA that we are an accidental variance in energy in the universe. Basically, do what you want with yourself while you have your consciousness of the energy around you. Explore yourself and the universe, which doesn’t exist! :)

Yes I am having an existential crisis.
