World Suicide Prevention Day is a day where we can observe the signs and symptoms that lead people to end their lives, there are ALWAYS warning signs, as a topic i feel very strongly about, today is about recognising what leads those who feel helpless to this frightening place that seems so appealing to those who have lost hope. Suicide is NOT a way out, its not cowardly, it is a scary, real issues that people face on a day to day basis.
