- stress

Exercising daily, even if itās a necessary walk from point A to point B, helps me go to sleep at night.
If I donāt, I feel like Iāve drunk a cappuccino at midnight (when I havenāt had caffeine all day).

the thing about insomnia is that everyone always assumes the worst thing about it is being tired. that is not the case. the tired part makes sense and can be adapted to and dealt with. you don't sleep, you get tired. thems the breaks.

I hate how movies/shows depict people swallowing pills with no water. Or one gulp. š§ ā ļø
I tried to take a pill with a small drink of water a few nights ago and nearly choked because the pill got stuck inside my neck. š (I immediately needed more water and some food to ensure it went down correctly.)
Iām doing my best to wet the path with water beforehand, have lots of water ready, and a small piece of bread from now on.

You can damage a follicle, certainly. You can injure it so much that it stops producing hair.
The wet jelly thing on the hair isnāt the follicle tho. Thatās the bulb/root. The follicle is the tiny hole inside your skin that the hair grows from.
