Hi! Call me Eros :) I have recently been informed that I talk about my partner quite often, and my friends would like a break ("you're making us feel single😭😭" was the exact quote I believe. Yes those are the emojis they used, idk man I just live here.)

I'm sure my darling partner will find this in less then no time, but it's more for me to post on while they're away. I miss them like a part of my soul whenever we're apart and this feels more productive then more sad writing or something

My posts will likely be vague, and all about how I adore them. They might be relatable, they will always be cringe, such is the nature of love

I get to hear the love of my life, my darling, my whole heart and soul, in less then an hour!!!

I love them so so much, and if we're still here 20 years from now I hope we're finally able to live together,, so I can wake up and love them. I don't think I'll ever grow tired of the way they smile, the way they laugh, the way they love. I can't wait to draw stars and hearts across their body so they know I love them. I can't wait to hold them in my arms and wake them up with little kisses across their face.

Little bit of backstory, I was in what might have been the worst creative slump of my life before I got together with them. I couldn't draw, I couldn't sew, I couldn't paint , I couldn't even write. I worried it'd be forever tbh

then of course, I met my partner. Suddenly everything was colorful again. I want to sew them outfits, I've painted them again and again, I've picked up my pen and written for hours on end because I was happy and life was so beautiful. It was like seeing through new eyes, because they're so in love with being alive. If souls had colors theirs would be the bright stars expanding ever outward - brilliant and showing the beauty in everything. They would be light.

my darling, I look at you and see my entire life infront of me. I see you as you grow along side me- as we love eachother until we literally rot. Holding hands in the ground until there isn't a ground to lay beneath anymore

I look at you and can see decades of sunrises yet to come reflected back at me. I have dreamed of us old with deep smile lines and even then I had never seen anyone as lovely as you- I don't think there is a single person my beautiful

like,, sorry bro,, I'm so in love with you I think our very souls must have been stitched together - if not by divine hands then by our own. I can't be away from you🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ there's an pain that can only be cured with kisses and falling asleep as the sun rises on a lazy weekend morning 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

It's not even just how pretty they are (though they are beautiful,, oh my goodness none of you even understand) but it's the way that they interact with the world. The way their eyes light up at everything, they way they're in love with life itself.

for them, it's tasks in the moment. Making food, helping me fix drawings that don't look right, sitting with me when I'm stressed.

for me, it's tasks after. Offering to take dishes to the dishwasher to show I love them (even if they always insist on taking their own plate). Organizing things. Cleaning up after activities. It's a little scary sometimes (since I come from a house where doing something wrong was treated as blatantly malicious), but then they smile at me as they remind me they can do it themselves and it's worth it. And like yeah you could do it yourself- you are beautiful and wonderful and capable, but I can do it for you. I can make your day a little easier and take one task of your plate. I can show you I love you in little actions you can see echos of later and smile about then, because I love you.

not even in a sexual way. My partner has this long, beautiful hair, and I keep thinking about one day getting to wash it for them. It's such a soft thing to do- you get nothing from it but spending time with the other person. I want a shower with a bench so I can sit and rinse the bubbles from their hair with a hand held shower head. I want to chat softly as the water runs over us, and get those stupid 'shower paints' I had when I was a kid so draw flowers in bubbles across the wall.

it might be because when I had long hair, it was the main thing used for connection in my friend group - to the point it kept me from cutting my hair for years. Braids with flowers in them, handing someone a comb with the trust they're going to be gentle with this thing that's apart of you. It's such a intimate thing, to do something for someone else.

as much as I like the thought of us being a pair written about in the history books, I don't want u to have to suffer🥺🥺

I did this quick sketch of their eyes (and some of the makeup they did that day- it looks better how they actually did it, I just don't draw much😭). Look at how gorgeous they are. I love their eyes so so much, I am sure they're sick and tired of hearing it but like,, look at them. they look like warm fires and the forest at night and the wood you use to make a home!! They look like hot chocolate in the rain in the shade!! And honey in the sun!!

I could live a million lifetimes and still find them from their eyes alone. After all, I can see billions of beautiful futures each time I look at them. I think brown eyes (their eyes especially) are beautiful, can u tell?
