Been gone because I had to go to the ER for retaining fluid and I thought I was getting fat (gained like 20lbs in a week and my whole body was swollen) so I had a mental breakdown but then they gave me medicine and I’m getting back to normal!

Sometimes when I’m crashing out, I have to treat myself like a toddler throwing a tantrum. Because 90% of the time a snack, a nap, or a timeout would solve my problem.

Welp, I’m very embarrassed. Sobered up and intend to stay that way, but I went on a bit of a bender these past few days and flushed six months of sobriety down the toilet. Mad at myself but I know all I can do is get back on track

Losing my mind, I need to sober up again but that’s no fun :/
