regulus is the WORST when he’s drunk because suddenly he’s social. hugging people. complimenting people he openly hates. agreeing to every terrible idea immediately like “yeah obviously let’s steal that traffic cone.” he gets weirdly affectionate too, like holding people’s faces and telling them they matter to him meanwhile everyone around him is just standing there in genuine horror because this is REGULUS

he’s half on james’ lap and then he’s standing on top of him and shrieking to get dora’s attention and then falls off of james’ lap and sirius has to catch him but then he’s already bolting off somewhere else. its like herding rabid sheep

Sirius HATES being ignored Walberga used to ignore him most of the time, which led him to piss her off even more so she would hit him and not ignore him. after the prank, he BEGGED Remus to hit him instead of ignoring him. Remus never did

i looooove when people depict sirius as this ‘hate me physically instead of mentally’ kind of guy, if that makes sense, cause like he grew up in an abusive house so he expects abuse instead of like… the silent treatment. so when the prank happens and he doesnt get ‘punished’ in the way he thinks he’s supposed to, it makes him go kinda crazy. and i love when people show remus’ reaction to that too— cause he’s still so so angry and for good reason and its not going to go away any time soon but also just like imagine the person he’s been in love with for literal years begging remus to punch or slap or beat him and tjat would make everything okay…

there’s only been like two times in their lifetimes that the crying is caused by remus and is immediate(and by that i mean sirius cries a lot in his bedroom and to james and etc, but not so much bursting into tears over something remus did in that exact moment), and when it happens remus actually wants to die like he feels the urge to walk into incoming traffic… and if sirius like REALLY bursts into tears then remus loses his mind apologizing and comforting him and grabbing tissues and chocolate and james and regulus and pastries and oh merlin someone call 911 where is the water where is my wand oh godric oh FUCK—
