Today for my birthday I was gifted by my cat Sabrina this ridiculous expression, which I was able to record here for future generations to reflect upon. I took the photo with a Fuji 3D W3 stereo camera. The third image is the stereo image split apart. The top row can be seen using the "parallel view" method (you can also use Google cardboard, Lite Owl, or something similar). The bottom row can be viewed with the "cross-eyed" method. Winter Field [Olympus OM-1/Orion XT8, Lomo 800] For Christmas I got a T-adapter for my OM-1 to mount it to my Orion XT8 Dobsonian telescope. Before attempting to shoot the moon or something, I decided to test it during the day with a short roll of Lomo 800 I had left over. It gives a neat effect! The T-adapter lets the telescope act as a gigantic telephoto lens for the camera body. As there's no aperture control, it gives a very thin "wide-open" depth of field and smooth, painterly bokeh. What really surprised me was the relative sharpness within the focus zone, as a Dobsonian uses a pair of mirrors to focus the image instead of lenses (this was using "prime" focusing, with no eyepieces in between the scope and the camera). This would be a fun yet absurd way to shoot an outdoor portrait, I think. 😄 Very unobtrusive; you have to be at least 60 feet away at minimum, haha. https://www.instagram.com/p/CYQV_FtMtWL/?utm_medium=tumblr

Blue Weekend is a great album, what can I say! Also, thank you Nobou/Square Enix for putting FF7 Remake OST on Spotify. So happy I got to see Lady Lamb live this year. Can't wait to go again for a full band show. And Typhoon next spring!
